Based in the picturesque Lake District, One Big Picture UK is where it all began. Working on projects throughout Great Britain and providing support for the other global offices, the UK team provide a creative hub for the whole business.

Chris Lees – No stranger to bringing people together, prior to co-founding One Big Picture in 2010 Chris was an experienced Event Director; creating, writing and delivering teambuilding concepts to thousands of corporate delegates all over the globe. Clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, BP, Vodafone, Deloitte, BT, Sanofi Aventis and Pfizer. Chris’ experience and knowledge ensures that One Big Picture provide a seamless service and a high quality product.

Lucy Gallagher – As co-founder, Lucy is a professional designer and illustrator with 15 years experience working with blue chip clients. Her invaluable skills mean that One Big Picture not only provides a product that is meaningful and inspiring – it looks good too!

Simon Hawkins – With 25 years experience in sports licensing and as former Reebok Vice President of sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Simon’s expertise are unrivalled. Simon’s wealth of knowledge is fundamental in making One Big Picture a global success.
