One Big Picture is an independent production company based in the UK that creates and develops international, award winning, high-end scripted television drama and films.
Our approach is often referred to as ‘Trojan Horse’ film making; taking stories from a diverse selection of genres and using them to deliver entertaining yet deeply relevant and contemporary truths.
But it’s not just the content, OBP is committed to a way of working; to connecting with our collaborators and crews, to ensuring that the process is as supportive and enriching as the end result.

Based in the UK and established in 2017 by award winning director Otto Bathurst and producer/director Toby Leslie, One Big Picture is a company started, owned and built by film-makers.
Otto is a multi BAFTA award winning director of TV and Film (Peaky Blinders, His Dark Materials, Black Mirror & Robin Hood) who has worked within the industry for over 25 years both in the UK and US.
Toby's early career saw him as a Palme D’Or nominated director, writer and producer. Since then Toby has been a constant ideas factory and writer, as well as successfully building an in-agency production company from scratch into a multi-million-pound venture.
